      <image:caption>Introductory Hand and Foot classes--The hand and foot treatments are great for addressing specific conditions of the hands, arms, feet and legs, like carpal tunnel, tennis/golf elbow, thumb issues and dexterity problems or plantar fasciitis, bunions, neuromas, etc. However, the hand and foot treatments are the most global of all of the MELT techniques and can help restore hydration to the connective tissue throughout the entire body, helping to relieve shoulder problems, neck pain, headaches, and lower back and hip pain! MELT is great for arthritis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue as well! In this 60 minute Introductory Hand and Foot class we will cover the basics of what causes chronic pain, our body’s natural stability system, the Connective Tissue system and how to keep this system healthy and hydrated, so you feel great every day, no matter how active or mentally or physically demanding your life is—at any age! We will cover several techniques to identify areas of restriction and several techniques to begin to restore balance and fluidity to the entire body. Cost of class: $25, includes a soft ball. 4-part Hand and Foot series—After attending the Introductory class, we will begin to address some specific issues. This 4-part series is much more in-depth, in order for you to continue to learn many more techniques to empower yourself to address your specific areas of concern. Cost of class: $100 Ongoing classes—Let me continue to help you help yourself. Cost: $20, $15, if you register and pay ahead of time. *In all classes I will provide any tools you will need for the class.
